Fresh Faces

Three Generations {family photography}

Family gatherings are one of the very best southern traditions.  Last week  I got to spend a beautiful afternoon with a wonderful family that had gathered for an early Thanksgiving celebration.  With everyone busy and going in three different directions over the holiday weekend, this family improvised and celebrated several days early.  It was the perfect time to take some family photos while everyone was together for the day.  I loved watching the beautiful interaction between, mothers and daughters, Gran and grandkids, cousins and nieces and nephews.  This is an absolutely precious family, and I’m not just saying that because one of them happens to be one of my daughters best friends.  We had an hour or so before the grandmother had to rush off to make sure everything was perfect for a traditional Thanksgiving feast but we managed to take several photos.  I wanted to share a few of them.

Thanks to the Harris and Myer’s family and to Gran and Papaw Harold.  And Anna, I’ll keep the cornbread and peas warm for you for next time your home!  Love you!
